When there's a dialog box (you know, like in Word X)
"Save" -- "Cancel" -- "Don't Save"
how do you toggle without the keyboard?

In Windows its "TAB" or arrows, what's the way in OS X?

In addition to Return for the default button (Save), command-period for the Cancel button, and D for Don't Save, you can also turn on tabbing between all control in the "Full Keyboard Access" tab of the keyboard control panel in the system preferences. You need to use the space bar to press a control (not return like in windows).
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.
