Got it on and sharing, but a bunch of us cant get it sharing ...
Anyone have any luck...

Have you got a firewall turned on?
Everything worked from the first click here on a private network.

Seems like Port 3689 has to be open - that's what i was hitting on my friends firewall log -- once opened - it worked fine --
Internal "rendevouz" connections are great

When you say a bunch if more than 3 people are trying to connect to one person's shared files, the 4th person will not be able to connect. At least that was the impression I got from one of the things I read today.

Mine worked straight up with a co-worker at the office, and I'm streaming Stevie Ray Vaughan from my Cube to my powerbook right now.
Interesting side note- if you have your sharing enabled, notice there's a new web server on your mac: http://localhost:3689 . There's nothing there yet, but it gets me wondering how that could be made useful....
