OSX logs out on it's own whenever it wants randomly, I have done the software update and have the latest jaguar... any ideas on how to solve or what the problem might be? I have an iBook right now, upgrading to a 17incher soon!

I think that's caused by a window server crash. I had it once on my first install of Jaguar, then I archived and re-installed and it hasn't recurred.
