Ok so this we wont understand much at the biggining but lets see who has Ideas.

What does the following mean?

Couldn't alloca class "NVDANV20HAL"

When booting into single user mode it always says that, guess its normal.

Well OS compleately froze on a Hardware render
Mac Os X 10.2.5
512 Mb Ram
Nvidia G4 128 Card

MP 1.25

so on restart I Apple + S and did a bunch of /sbin/fsck -y

and found that writing at Guiless startup

NVRAM?

Sure it's not "Nvidia NV-20 series hardware abstraction layer" (graphics driver for NV-20 series cards)?

I get this every time I boot my 12" Powerbook, but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

NVRAM related to PowerMac Firmware or Graphic Card firmware.

and on the other hand if the message comes up something triggered it.

Coulb be that it does not recognize certain GUI (?couse there is not one in cingle user mode - is there? -) and it folts.
