Lost the ability to Copy & Paste Please Help!

For some reason I can no longer perform copy/paste or cut/paste operations in any application under 10.2.

If I cut or copy a select, paste is always disabled.

Any clues?

Sounds like a permissions issue to me. Try running the Repair Permission routine.
