I installed
http://web.pdx.edu/~bhartig/projects/mip/
Minimized in Place and uninstalled it! An suddently there's an application called Dock in the Dock and I can't open any context-menus (ctrl + click)! Any ideas?

Did you make a backup of your Dock before you installed it?

If so, simply replace the Dock in /System/Library/CoreServices with the backup.
