Hi.

Running 10.2.6 on an iBook and a G4/533. Since 10.2.6, printer sharing is no longer working. It's turned on and everything, but when I try to print from my iBook to the HP Deskjet that's attached to my G4, the application crashes. Every time. Every app.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to print via Airport? If so, it's probably an issue with the HP drivers. I encountered this problem as far back as 10.2.3. I no longer use the HP printer -

So there's no fix, then?

Meant to add that I now have an Epson and wireless printer sharing works flawlessly. I think this issue has been covered elsewhere on these boards before. Try running a search under Peripherals, perhaps?

Several friends of mine have the same problem since 10.2.6 - crashing while printing to a HP.

I'd have to blame 10.2.6.

Chalk this up as the SECOND time I've been burned by 10.2.6. I also had the USB hub bug.
