is there a shareware or freeware app to kill the minimize effect with the dock?

running 10.2.6 on my G3/400mhz powerbook is sometimes an exercise in patience...(but i still love it)

the minimize effect is a little slow (& a lot annoying)

Have you tried switching to Scale rather than Genie?

i've always used Scale..
would certainly prefer zooming rects, or no effect at all...

(at least until i get my next powerbook...sept maybe...)
