I am attempting to address an issues with my father's mac mail application... He has Earthlink as a provider and uses that email address as his primary address. A few weeks ago, the mail application was rejected when attempting to connect to the server, incorrect password. However, there is no problem sending mail from the mail application on the same account or using the password through the Earthlink site... The problem appears only when attempting to download mail from the server - the password is certainly correct and the settings have not been changed???
Would anyone have any thoughts???
