Hi !
I'm going to buy an Airport basestation in a few days (up until now I was doing software IP sharing using Brickhouse), and I'd like to know if there's a way to find the basestation external IP (the one someone would use to access my network from outside) using the Terminal on one of the client computers. (I know it can be found in the airport admin utility)
you can also get a little app called IP Reporter, and have it check for you WAN address. It actually contacts a website to find out what it is, but it works very nicely and you can have it email/post your IP anywhere.
