[Mobile Mod]

I hope this is the right place to post this, but my system is acting very strnage since i updated to 10.2.6 (ithink, not sure exactly when this happened). Anywho, here is whats going on....

I have bought konfabulator, and i always use the weather widget that came with it, but recentyl it just stopped working. It just always said that my location was unknown, even though my zip code was in the box. So i went to there web site and downloaded weather+, same thing... It just says unknown even though my info is in there. Whats going on here??1?!!?

Also, powerpoint and excel will no longer run. Word, and entourage work fine, but whenever i try to run PPT or EXC they just start up and then close with the box saying that it unexpentadley(sp) quit. Please help! Ive fixed and verified permissions with no avail. Ive reinstalled office and it doesnt help.

Those two things are not necessarily connected.

The Weather widget issue is easily resolved. I had it happening, too. If you look through the Konfabulator forums on their webpage you will find instructions how to add a few characters of code to make the widget work again. (OR they probably have uploaded an updated version of weather widget already.)

Now with the Office problem, I can't help you with that (as I don't have office). I think I remember a similar problem occuring a few months ago with beta-versions of Office after updating to newer versions (but that doesn't sound too much like what you are experiencing).

Habe you tried to trash your office preferences for the apps that don't work (or better all of them)
