Ok, I know I'm gonna get flamed for asking but I gotta know. Is there gonna be a Pagemaker for OS X? I know that both QuarkXPress and InDesign are better. Yet it's one of those "we've got all these old files" things.

On another note, anybody heard anything about InDesign 3?

Actually, you can open old Pagemaker files in InDesign. I do it all the time. Sometimes there are some conversion problems, but really nothing huge. As of InDesign 3, no idea. I love ID 2.0, but I'm definitely awaiting an update.

Didn't Adobe buy Aldus (who made PageMaker) and then replace it with InDesign? No way they are going to further develope PageMaker AND InDesign for long. Certainly not so much as to port it to another OS.
