I have tried at least 10 times over the last few weeks to install OSX with no luck. My computer keeps going to a black screen with a flashing cursor with a message indicating that the installation fialed error code 0. Any idea what I am doing wrong? I am using a dual 450 G4 with 1.5 gig Ram. I already have OS 9.2 installed on it and I have 2 hard drives. 1 40 gig and 1 80 gig partitioned to 20 and 60. I want to install OSX on the 20gig partition. I want to keep 9.2 because all my apps are for 9 and I only need OSX for imovie and idvd. I updated my firmware (I think) I downloaded what I think is the newest firmware update, however if someone could post a link to the newest update that I might need I would appreciate it. Otherwise I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any help.

is the 20 gig partition at the beginning of the drive? sometimes there are problems if this isn't the case.
i'm not sure what else would be the case, unless maybe you have one of those newer western digital hard drives that i've been having so much trouble with (i have no idea why.. i just can't get winxp or macosx to boot on them).

I do have a Western Digital HD (80 gig)and yes it is at the end of the drive, but I did also try and install it on the beginning partition as well with the same result. I guess I will have to buy another HD. Thanks.
