My cousin just bought my Ti-Book and wants to migrate Outlook and Lotus data to OSX. What is the simplest and most effective way of doing this? I"ve only thought about exporting and importing vCard data but this is a long process.

Doesn't MS Entourage include an Outlook import thingy.

No. It only imports from Mac programs and old versions of Entourage.
