Ok, I have had permission problems in the past, and normally fixing the permissions on the drive was all that needed to be done. Not this time though...

Ok, the first thing that made me see that something wasnt right is that i no longer have antialiased text in my finder! Also, when i open iTunes and try to download music off of iTMS it asks if it has permission to use the keychain. I always click 'Always' or whatever, but it usually asks. Also, when i send mail it asks if it has permission. Someone please help, do i need to get a different app that will sort this out for me?

TIA,
Justin

Have you tried Apple's Keychain fixer app?

edit: Might also try installing the 10.2.6 combo update.

Launch Keychain find the application that is giving you problem highlight it click on the Access Control tab and select always allow access to this item. It will ask you for your password hit apply once and that should be it.

In the Help menu follow the intructions for unlocking Keychain when login otherwise everytime you startup your computer it will nag you for access.
