I have Diskwarrior 3.0 on two separate drives.
I run 10.2.6. My system has been stable since
February. I just installed a superdrive DVR105
Pioneer. I suffered a system crash on my main
drive. I used Diskwarrior to check and repair my main disk from my second drive. DiskWarrior didn't report any problems with the drive but the drive still didn't boot. I then discovered the X icon missing from the system
folder. I did a clean install to restore system and all is O.K with the main disk. I was going to reboot in my second drive and decided to run Diskwarrior from my main drive to check
and repair my second drive. DiskWarrior reported a 1 change and that had something to do with a misplaced icon. I went to startup in the second drive and it would not boot. Mind you this system has been solid for months and my second drive is pretty pristine.
I shutdown by the power button and restarted and the machine booted to main drive. I looked at the system folder on the second drive and the X is missing from the folder. What's going on here. I'm just now making a connection to DiskWarrior. I think it's very strange stable system folders on seperate disks lose system folder icons.

Go to terminal type
Code:
man bless
You can add that x icon back all that happened is the folder got unblessed (Which is a bad thing by no means and DiskWarrior shouldn't do this) but it's no biggie. No need to reinstall.
