I recently installed the Bluetooth update and after that noticed my Internet connection was horrible. I would get disconnects etc. This was with my PB 17". It was great before. I am using 2 access points, one is my AE station and the other a Netgear 802.11g wireless access point. Sort of an overkill but when one cuts out due to inteference the other compensates. Anyway, after the updates only the PB, not my other computers were having problems.

Today I turned Bluetooth off and everything is perfect. I have full signal and their isn't any lag in my broweser or email. I was really enjoying using my T68i with Address book. Sending SMS and having the phone in one spot improved reception. Now I have to wait for the next update. Apple fixes one thing and breaks another.

Change the channels you are running the base stations on.

I had some AE problems until I upgraded to the 3.0.4 AirPort software. It makes AE much, much more resiliant to interference.

I have 3.0.4 I also have switched channels. It never occured until I updated Bluetooth several days ago. It slows the connection and causes the the access points to not be accessible to the PB while they are available to my other computers. Whne I turn off bluetooth everything is perfect.

I was not looking for a solution, I know what the problem is. I just wanted to point out that everything was fine until the update soooo something changed in the Bluetooth update. I suppose that is the curse of earlier adopters.
