I have this website on a server that recently changed its DNS to another server. My machine still, 3 days later, points to the old server!

Everyone else in my area gets to the new site fine. I have tried restarting. The hosting dude says to unplug and replug the modem, but it's internal (he's a PC guy).

He reckons that it is stuck in my 'DNS cache' on my machine. Is there an easy way to clear this??

To reset your cache you can try:
lookupd -flushcache

I tried this out and it worked without issue. If this does not work I would be curious if somehow the server address was contained ina hosts file somewhere.

Thanks mate didn't work, but at least now I think its my ISP (ISP's are lazy over here)
