All these PrefPanes -- why won't they go away?

Silk and APE Manager won't go away! I've run the uninstallers, delete them completely from the PrefPanes folders.... What am I doing wrong?

My guess is they are gone, but System Preferences doesn't know that for some reason... try deleting the following file:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.preferencepanes.cache
Then launch System Prefs again. Dollars to donuts, the offending panes will be gone.

You could check all the 'prefrance panes' folders, or do a search for the names of the panes, then manually drag them to the trash.
