I just downloaded a dmg and when I click on the file I get "...failed to mount due to error 95 (no mountable file systems)." I tried other copies from other sources so the problem is at my end. Help appreciated. OSX 10.2.6. Thanks.

I've had that problem. Re-downloading the file has always fixed the problem for me. I don't know what could be causing it if that didn't help.
What's the link to the file? I'll download it and see what happens.

The Carracho client. Off their main server... and Version Tracker both "cccmppc.bin". If you could just open the file ande mail me a sit instead of a dmg, that would be terrrific: jgift@wanadoo.fr

Problem definitely here. Tried one of my own dmg created earlier and it refuses to mount. I get:
"Archive.dmg" failed to mount due to error 95 (no mountable file systems)
What's going on? I tried fsck -y in single user and there was a few header problems it fixed then everything reads ok.

Hi, I think I have experienced this problem before. For some reason, clicking 'Skip' has solved the problem for me (if I remember correctly).

Here is a .sit for you: carracho1.0b8r5.sit
I don't know why it's not mounting for you. Is your install of OS X by chance a fresh install? If so, have you mounted disk images sucessfully on this install before? If not, did you skip the BSD package on the initial install? If I remember correctly, not installing the BSD package makes Disk Copy not work.
Put "Carracho 1.0b8r5.img" in your Home Directory. Then, open Terminal and type (including the quotes):
hdid "Carracho 1.0b8r5.img"
See if that works.

Thanks for the above, beyond the call of duty... Got things working at 5AM or so. Checked permissions and repaired them 3-4 times. Mutiple file system errors (a first and not a good sign). Finally had to reboot on teh org CD and run Disk Util. Then everythingw as back to normal and all image files were opening. Didn't know what did this. Thanks for all the help!
