I had to reinstall (with Carbon Copy Cloner from a FW drive) and after, my user and root password are no longer recognized anymore on both of my drive.
I manage to delete .AppleSetupDone (with FileBuddy from Mac OS 9), but it didn't do anything. I need some help please! Repairing the permissions doesn't work. There must be a way i can login again. Thanks!

You can boot from the OS X Install CD and reset the passwords.

Choose Reset Password from the Installer menu once the installer has loaded.

Fantastic ! But now everytime i launch Safari, it ask me to access my Keychains in my Library folder and it doesn't recognize my password.

You need to create a new keychain .

The old keychain can't be recovered without the proper password.

Hopefully your original problem wasn't due to the bug in the recent security update
