If (like me) you don't know a whole lot about unix background processes, you might find
this page useful.
Briefly:
nfsiod - handles Network File System Requests. It is normal to have multiple nfsiod processes.
netinfod - "Serves out NetInfo data. There will be one of these processes for each NetInfo domain served from the computer (normally just one, for the local domain)." In other words, you probably have another domain being served from your mac for some reason.
I expect someone who actually knows something about this stuff will give a more accurate & informative response though
