I'm sure many of these can be broken down even further, but these are the big ones...
1) Finder
The Finder puts you at the center of your Mac with iTunes-like navigation.
2) Exposé
Slick new Exposé quickly tiles open windows and reveals files on your desktop.
3) iChat AV
iChat AV offers video chat and audio calls with no extra long distance charges.
4) Fast User Switching
Quickly log another user into your Mac without quitting applications.
5) Mail
Speedy Mail adds time-saving features to make contacting folks easier.
6) FileVault
Secure your home folder with encryption a spy would love, AES-128.
7) Preview
Scroll through and search huge PDFs faster than ever before.
8) Font Book
Find, organize and manage all the fonts on your Mac in the new Font Book.
9) Built-in Faxing
Fax anyone in your Address Book from any application that prints.
10) iDisk
Work on remote files from a copy of your iDisk that’s always on your desktop.
11) Xcode
All-new developer tools speed development of Mac OS X applications.
12) Pixlet: High-end Video Codec
Pixlet is the first studio-grade codec for filmmakers. Pixlet provides 20-25:1 compression, allowing a 75MB/sec series of frames to be delivered in a 3MB/sec movie, similar to DV data rates. Or a series of frames that are over 6GB in size can be contained within a 250MB movie. Pixlet lets high-end digital film frames play in real time with any Panther Mac, without investing in costly, proprietary playback hardware.
13) System-wide Enhancements
Panther also improves many of the technologies underlying Mac OS X including graphics, Windows network compatibility and the Unix-based core.
14) Pro Formatting
For instance, when you save a document as PDF, you can choose to compress images, for smaller files when emailing.
15) Works Well with Windows
Panther connects to more corporate networks in Internet Connect, including those using RSA’s SecureID, so you may not need a separate VPN client.
16) Unix-lover Heaven
Panther will include a final X11 client for Unix-based applications, improved NFS/UFS, FreeBSD 5 innovations as well as support for popular Linux APIs, IPv6 and other important acronyms.

Is this really true? The Apple site doesn't mention it.
Does this mean I could, for example, drag an image from Safari, move to a corner and bring up the exposé little windows, and drop that image on to an open compose window in Mail?
Before dropping on that little window, can I somehow (hovering?) bring that little window to full size, to help me position where I want to drop that image in the compose window?
If 10.3 can do this, there will be no need for xshelf or anything similar to that. No more need to try and get two little windows on screen at once to drag and drop between them...

Well, it's partially true that we know of. You can definitely drag from the desktop to an Exposé-selected window. We know this because Jobs demoed it at WWDC with a pic he dropped in Mail that way. Whether it works between apps is unknown as of yet. Maybe someone with the dev build will want to chime in?
