A question for any "developers" which have panther installed.

How do you burn disk images? I have been told that disc copy has been folded into Disk tools, but by all accounts the disk image burning does not actualy work? Is this is true? How the hell do you burn images?

disk copy functionality has been merged into disk copy.

That's because Disk Copy is now part of Disk Utility in Panther.

dammit, I had found myself to be quite attached to disk copy: simple, lightweight and got the job done.

One less thing in my dock--I'm fine with it being there, if it works.

For the record, burning worked perfectly from Disk Utility in Panther on my blue G3 with a FireWire CD burner.
