Hi there,
I was hoping someone could help me. I am getting a kernel panic about 5 minutes and 10 second after I log-in. It seems to only occur when I have a disc in either of my superdrives. Just before the kernel panic, I can hear each of hard drives start going for a few seconds, and then the CD/DVD's spin up and then the kernel panic happens.
If I do not have any CD/DVD's in the computer, then the panic does not occur.
I have gone into the panic.log to look at what is happening and this is what I have found:

panic(cpu 0): getnewbuf: bp @ 0x17f3c234 is LOCKED! (flags 0x60106220)

I have not been able to find a clear explanation of what this is all about, nor have I been able to find a solution. I was hoping that someone could please help me out!
Thanks so much!

What version of the OS do You use ?

You should repport this to Apple with the complete kernel panic using bugreport.apple.com for which you need to be a registered dev (Free).
