Help! OSX weirdness

	Hi, I had problem with installing Toast Titanium on my PB 400 running 10.2.6. The installer will hang (spinning beach ball) and I had to force re-start the computer. Once the computer starts, the right side of the menu bar starts blinking on and off. Applications such as Mail will launch and unexpectedly quit. I've tried running DiscUtility from the OSX install CD to no avail. Any suggestions? Would something like DiskWarrior able to fix something like this? TIA
