Is it possible to convert Windows modem scripts to OS X? I have modem scripts that work with my cell phone that will work in Windows but I don't know if I can make it work with OS X.
Thanks.

Sometimes there's an equivalent one that works. For instance, my Nokia phone works well on a Falleron Netopia modem script. Try some!
Also, make sure sound is turned on. If it's off, my phone wouldn't connect.

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

What model do you have? I'm trying to get my 3650 to work and the furthest I can get on any modem script is to the authentication and it always fails.

Make sure you use the correct username and password. It's very important for getting past the "Authentication" step.
For the record, the Nokia Infrared Script that comes with OS X works fine for dialing up through a Nokia 3650 via Bluetooth.
