Does anyone know if it's possible to resinstall perl in OS X 10.1?

I'm having lots of problems lately. It doesn't seem to find any perl modules. Despite being installed.
I always use protection when fscking my Mac... Do you?

don't you just need to configure perl so it finds those installed modules ?
