what you are after is *software* and if you look/search over in the *software* forum you'll find loads of threads about utilities.
without having been told what your exact problem is it's hard to recommend which is best......but in general you'll find people will always say Diskwarrior above everything else (me included) (btw - DW is just at version 3 now....perhaps you got a bit confused with the upcoming techtool pro v4?)

Also I'm pretty sure System Works is just Norton Utilities under a new name, don't think its sold under the Norton brand name anymore.

What tha... Norton SystemWorks is not another name for Norton Utilities - They are even spelt differently!!! Norton SystemWorks comes with Norton Utilities, Norton AntiVirius, Retrospect Express, Aladdin Spring Cleaning and DiskWarrior Recovery Addition.
As to the question in the first post. There is no one utility I would recommend - I would go for two. DiskWarrior and Norton Utilities are essential to have.

The problem I have is I have a stuck blue screen, and the apple technical person made me do a repair disk check, I have an error with "keys out of order"! He told me that I needed a disk utility so he recomended both norton and disk warrior but he told me he could not tell me which one he recomends? So any help would be great!
~Thanks

Disk warrior for X. I use it all the time. Seems to fix just about anything that can be fixed. I've had Norton destroy drives.
I do find that sometimes, usually on older machies, I have to boot from something that has a startup disk control panel to choose a sartup disk or I get the dreaded broken startup folder after making repairs.

Disk Warrior. The other options do not compare.
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Another vote for Disk Warrior. The best £60 I've ever spent.

I dare you to find a copy of DiskWarrior 4! This being because DiskWarrior 3 was only released about 3 months ago...
Anyway, don't even THINK about buying Norton Utilities, whose main component is Norton Disk Doctor Kevorkian. Just get DiskWarrior and don't look back.
And then take 5 minutes to read the forum descriptions, so that you'll post in the right place in the future.
