Hi I want to find a device that allows me to plug it into an electrical outlet and it has a IR receiver so I could use a remote to turn the power off to whatever is plugged into it. I would need as far range as possible also.

Basically I need this for work so I could leave something on and shut of power to it via a remote.

Does this exist yet?

Where can I find something like this?
