I've got a QS733 w/ 10.2.6 that has a 30-second delay on keyboard input to go into mute/lower/increase volume and if I attempt to use the power button to go into sleep, it has a 30 second delay as well...

How do I fix this?

Don't try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.
