Hey I am sorry if this has been answered before, but I did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I am the sole user of a powerbook and a powermac both running 10.2 and I was curious if there was away to sync accounts between the two computers. I would like to sit down at powermac and log in and have everything be exactly the same as when I sit down and log into my powerbook. Same apps, same files, same emails, etc.

Is this at all possible? A way to have your user directory be identical on two computers through some kind of autosyncing?

Have you looked at iSync? I thought that was what it is supposed to do (but haven't played with it so don't really know for sure).

If that doesn't work, there is a UNIX command line tool called rsync which can do what you want, although it will take some studying to get it working smoothly; make backups before you start playing with it, however.
