i have been putting my appointments into ical recently, and i have a lot of flying coming up. is there a way to make an appointment that starts at say, 6pm on the 24th and go until 6am on the 25th?

the second date selection is greyed out. any ideas?

Not that I've found - the way I overcome it is to create two separate appointments, the first going up to 11:59 pm, the other starting the next day at 12am.

Send Apple feedback as this is a terrible omission in iCal
