Hi,

I've got a dual 1.25 GHz G4 which is hooked up to the Internet via ADSL. Also, there's my trusty clam-shell iBook with an Airport card in it. Both machines are running 10.2.6.

If I put an Airport card in the G4, can I setup a connection between the G4 and the iBook so that I have Internet access from the iBook? That would be so cool.

Thanks,
Daniel

Yes, of course you can. Just install the Airport card and enable "Internet Sharing" on the G4.

You can certainly do what you've described, but I'd recommend a different approach: get a wireless router. For 40 bucks you can pick up a Netgear MR814 wireless 4 port cable/DSL router. This is a MUCH better solution than internet sharing through the G4. And for that price, you really can't go wrong.
