How do you run a RAM test in Mac OS X?

There was a Hardware Test CD included in your materials when you purchased you Mac.
Use that.

I don't think the Hardware CD test is that thorough. I used it on the 512 stick in my PowerBook when I was getting Kernel Panics and it passed no problem, but as soon as I took the RAM out no more KPs.
