How can I get a button, preferably on the top right menu bar, that I can click on to disable/enable the screensaver. When I play counterstrike on my pc, I have my laptop to my right and I want to temporarily disable screensaver so I can watch aim and ssh.

How about just setting one of the corners of your screen as the "Never activate" corner. Then the screensaver won't activate when you place the mouse in this corner of the screen.

Note that the Energy Saver will still activate in this case and turn your screen off after whatever time it is set to if you have it enabled.
