where is the Clipboard in OS X? Does the clipboard store more than the last copy routine?

I need text i copied before an email addy i just copied..how do i access the text copied to the clipboard? Anyone know?

The Mac OS X clipboard only remembers the last item copied.
I would recommend iPasteboard:
