On all of my Macs running 10.2.6 (and all previous versions of OS X), the Installed Updates tab has always been blank.

It works fine for me on both Panther and 10.2.6.

I'll see what happens with Panther.
It's not worth troubleshooting now. Not for me anyway.

Is your "Receipts" folder also blank?

I appreciate your response but the permissions are already set as suggested by that kb article.

As I said, it's really not important enough for me to spend any more time on.
