DNS Flushing?

Hi. I am trying to get my DNS info on my OS X box to be as up to date as my PC sitting next to it on the same network. For some reason the DNS info for one of my domains is still showing the old info even tho the PC running windows (ick) has the correct one.

I figured something just needs to be flushed to grab the latest data or somehow need to expire the old info.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

From the terminal, type NDC restart. You'll see a bunch of errors, but don't sweat it, that happens.

That should clear the local DNS cache.

Ok, so is this the os x bug everyone talks about...

[BigG4:~] joshua% nslookup intelligence.com
Server: ns13.attbi.com
Address: 204.127.204.8

Name: intelligence.com
Address: 209.50.251.215

Then 10 minutes later, it's back to the old, incorrect address:

[BigG4:~] joshua% nslookup intelligence.com
Server: ns13.attbi.com
Address: 204.127.204.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: intelligence.com
Address: 66.220.25.148

[BigG4:~] joshua%

Any clue?
