If you go to join ADC you'll see the terms and conditions for membership. Among these are what people in the panther discussions are referring to as the non-disclosure agreement.
If someone in the biz could explain this clause that seems to specifically state it's okay to discuss "information that is now or subsequently becomes generally available" that would be interesting. It seems to say information posted other places (such as thinksecret) is okay to discuss. Could one stretch "becomes" to mean stuff that will eventually be released is okay to discuss? I didn't copy the entire t&c here so maybe my questions are cleared up in another part of it that escaped me. Also, I generally recognize that apple can terminate the agreement whether or not it's been technically violated. Go read the entire thing at <
