Couldn't see if anyone posted this before.

Many applications (if not most) will allow you to switch application windows via CMD-tilde (like IE). Its quite a great little feature. I wonder if its the apps or an OS X system-wide feature?

Used to be the apps; later on, 10.2 or so, Apple made it system-wide. The only things that don't support it now are applications that used that shortcut for something else already, or had their own way of switching windows.
