I work one day a week at a PC store (so I can hopefully get a IT job someday). I always take crap from the owner and the other employees about the Mac and how they stink. Today I was told that there is a new Mac virus that is bad and Apple is saying that you have to erase the hard drive and reload. Has anyone else heard this? I personally think the person is full of it.

I always wondered how people can say bad things about the Mac without ever using one.

I figured he was making it up. He said he got 2 phone calls on it and that it was the new hardware. I assume he meant the new G5. He is the owner and I like my job there. I love building the computers and doing upgrades. It all goes downhill once I load XP on the machine.
