Latest Security Patch and Connection Problems

	I installed the security patch from last week (?) through the software update. Since then about every other http request fails. Examples: If I click on a link it fails, then works when I click it again. Running Shadowbane fails to connect to patch server, I restart and it connects. What happened? Anyone else have this problem? I repaired permissions once after the patch. TiBook 500Mhz, 512MB Ram, Airport Connection.
