Are you using Safari? I had the same problem with Safari but it works OK in I.E.. So I won't visit their site until it is Safari compatible.
If you must view it for some reason then use I.E. or do what I did, email them and tell them their site is broken.
Not that they replied, but I will often send companies email about how I can't view their site. Some reply asking what browser I am using and when they find out they say they only support I.E. or Netscape. So I tell them I won't do any business with them. I tell you they were really scared
But at least I got it off my chest.
