I bough a Apacer handy steno 128 mb usb stick. When i erase something it doesnt erases it. It says its erased but when i do a get info it shows like the card is full. I did check on a pc if there are also problems and there arent. when you delete its over. Then i did somehting stupid. I tryed it with disk utility and did erase it. Yeah i know. .. How can i save the situation ? how can i erase the usb stick for good? I dont want to go to a pc every time i want to erase it. Any options i have to turn on or turn off in finder ?

Could be an invisible file?

My brother once had a similar problem with a utility that when you erased a file it just 'hid' it, so you could recover it from the trash if you wanted. But he set the limit too high and it gradually ate up all his Hard disk space!
