I don't. However, the apple stores have a good selection of books on their software. I would start there if you're close enough to one. They usually have someone that works in the store that is pretty good with FCP and FCE.

Final Cut Express Editing Workshop by Tom Wolsky is the book to get. Tom, by the way, is all over the Apple FCE boards helping out. Get this book and you won't be disappointed. Sure helped me wrap my head around all the concepts--and it gets right into it with lots of hands-on examples that you work through along with the book.
