How can I find the cause of this error in Console?

I've traced it down to something in ~/Library, but there is a whole lot of stuff in there.

This is the error. It will go on forever as long as I'm logged in.

## Component Manager: attempting to find symbols in a component alias of type (regR/carP/x!bt)
Looking for devices matching vendor ID=1193 and product ID=8718
Looking for devices matching vendor ID=1193 and product ID=8718

I'm not positive but I think I've seen this message after disconnecting a scanner.

I've seen that with a drivers for a few devices... mostly scanners. For the scanner I was using, the "driver" was only there to launch an app when you pushed the scan button. It was pretty worthless, since I always scan through Photoshop's TWAIN menu anyway.

It's not an error, but it is annoying when your log is continually growing and your powerbook disk won't spin down. When you figure out what is causing it, fire an email off to the manufacturer telling them to fix it.
