How does one eject a cardbus card from the command line? TIA.

Try: disktool -e

That seems to only work with disk volumes, not cardbus cards. Did a disktool -l and the cardbus card did not show up as a device.

You could always run an AppleScript from the terminal using osascript.

I'd love to do that, but i can't figure out how to refer to cardbus cards (or cardbus slots) via AppleScript. Under MacOS 9, cards showed up in the Finder as icons, and so could be manipulated. I just can't figure out how to script it in MacOS X.
