My thinking is, that no release date is a good thing. It'll be done when it's done is better than, 'October, it's coming in october. November, it's really coming in november. Sorry, we meant December, it's coming in december. Nope, sorry again, looks like it'll be January...' remember Windows 94, 96 and 97?

Heck, remember 'Pink' or 'Taligent' or 'Copland'? At least we have something to play with.

And they have given themselves a 3-month window to ship. I'm betting they did that so they don't burn out their OS developers. After pushing thru 10.1 and Jag, I'm betting they're tired...
