Is there a way to do startupmovie like you could in os 9? I'd like to show them a startup movie.

or

I noticed that with a smartcard system you can force an agreement to pop up before the user logs in. Does anybody know how to activate this? basically i want them to have to agree before they login.

Apparently this question was asked some long long time ago... and as there were no other programs out there... I made one

inCinemaManager (Edited: Oh, and it's for free, of course!!!) Just download it and give it a try
